So you Block, then we Blog :)

ในช่วงตั้งแต่มีการกำจัดและจำกัดสื่อไม่ว่าจะเป็น โทรทัศน์ หนังสือพิมพ์ วิทยุ โดยรัฐบาล เรียกได้ว่าตั้งแต่รัฐบาลไทยรักไทยที่เข้มงวดกับวิทยุชุมชน และพยายามจะครอบงำสื่อน้ำดี เช่น การเข้าถือครองหุ้นมติชนผ่านแกรมมี่ การเปลี่ยนแนวนโยบายของไอทีวี และที่มาถึงทุกวันนี้ เชื้อโรคแห่งการครอบงำสื่อ และควบคุมโดยรัฐบาลประชาธิปัตย์เข้าขั้นสาหัส

ทุกวันนี้ หากคุณเป็นสื่อกระแสหลักแล้วไม่ด่ารัฐบาลไทยรักไทย ไม่เกลียดทักษิณดั่งปีศาจ หรือหากดันเสนอความเคลื่อนไหวฝ่ายเสื้อแดงอย่างที่มันเป็นไป หรือแม้แต่ไม่เห็นว่าการที่เสื้อเหลืองกลายพันธุ์เป็นเสื้อเขียวอ่อนเป็นการกลืนน้ำลายตัวเองเพื่อชาติ หรืออาจอุทานว่า ‘เห็นมั้ย ตูว่าแล้ว ในที่สุดก็แค่เรื่องการเมืองเรื่องผลประโยชน์อีกกลุ่มหนึ่ง‘ คุณก็อาจมีอันเป็นไป หายไปจากวงจรสื่อกระแสหลัก ด้วยวิธีร้อยแปด เช่น เพราะเวบคุณมีเนื้อหาเป็นอันตรายต่อความมั่นคง สปอนเซร์ถอดโฆษณารายการของคุณ ฉันสังเกตว่าสื่อหลายๆหน่วย ก็พยายามทำตัว Naive เพื่อความอยู่รอดด้วยการเสนอเรื่องรัก ดารา แล้วก็ก้มหน้า หลับหูหลับตา ยกยอปอปั้นทำตลกไปเรื่อยแบบพอเหมาะ “พอเพียง” กันไปวันๆ

อย่างไรก็ดี อะไรที่มันถูกปิด ถูกบีบ ถูกเค้นมากๆ ในที่สุดมันก็ต้องเล็ดออกไปจนได้ ยกตัวอย่างเช่น ฉันพบว่ามีเวบไซต์แบบทำมือ หมายความว่าเป็นคนเล็กคนน้อย นักวิชาการ ไม่วิชาการ ทั้งภาษาไทยและไม่ใช่ภาษาไทย ก็เขียน “ความจริง” ในหลากหลายมุมมองมากขึ้น หนึ่งในนั้นที่ฉันชอบติดตามก็คือ Blog สิ่งที่น่าสนใจเกี่ยวกับบล็อกนี้ก็คือ การที่มันไม่โดน Block เอาได้ง่ายๆ ให้คนมีอำนาจ แต่ว่างงาน มานั่งคอยตามปิด เพราะถึงถูกปิดมันก็เปิดได้ง่ายพริบตา

มากไปกว่าการที่มันมีง่าย เนื้อหาใน Blog ก็เคารพสติปัญญาคนอ่าน เพราะต้องใช้วิจารณญาณกันเอาเอง ไม่มีใครมาคอยสกรีน อันไหนเห็นควรมาคิดต่อก็แล้วแต่คนอ่าน อันไหนเข้าท่า ก็เขียนกระทู้ต่อกันได้ ไม่ต้องมีคุณแม่รู้ดีมาเซ็นเซอร์

ว่าแล้ววันนี้ก็เลยลองเอาเวบไซต์ที่น่าสนใจ ไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นเวบโดย Bloggers อย่างเดียว แต่ก็มีเวบไซต์ทั้งไทยและภาษาสากล เช่น http://liberalthai.wordpress.com

ล้อต๊อกหรืออริสโตเติล

Sep. 2009. – 17:14:10 “ตลก คือการฝ่าฝืนจากความเป็นปกติ หรือการกระทำในสิ่งที่มันไม่น่าจะเป็น” ข้อความข้างบน เป็นเนื้อหาใจความที่ทั้งอริสโตเติลและล้อต๊อกเคยพูดเอาไว้ คราวนี้ประเด็นมันอยู่ที่ว่า ไม่ว่าเมื่อยามเราอยากเอาไปอ้าง หรือเอาไปถือเป็นคำสอนในการปฏิบัติ เราจะอ้างอิงใคร เช่นเดียวกับการทำงานวิจัย มันดูเหมือนว่า ยิ่งเราเข้าใกล้องค์ความรู้ที่ผลิตหรือขโมยมาโดยฝรั่งมากเท่าไหร่ เรายิ่งไม่กล้าอ้างอะไรที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือมีต้นตอมาจากสิ่งที่ใกล้ตัวเราเอง ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่น่าเสียดาย เท่าๆกับน่ากลัว เพราะก่อนที่ฝรั่งจะสร้างองค์ความรู้อะไรที่เป็นของตัวเค้า (แต่ดันพยายามเอาไปอธิบายโลกและครอบงำโลกเรื่อยมานี้) ฝรั่งเองก็ต้องหาองค์ความรู้ที่มีอยู่ก่อนหน้าแล้ว และองค์ความรู้ที่ว่านี้ มันไม่ได้ออกเป็นลูกอยู่บนต้นไม้หรือว่ายอยู่ในน้ำ แต่มันอยู่ในภาษาที่มนุษย์ประดิษฐ์ไว้สื่อสารกัน ถ้าเป็นแบบนั้น ลองนึกดูสิ ภาษาที่เก่าแก่ ก็คงไม่พ้น จีนหรืออาหรับใช่มั้ย ดังนั้นที่บอกว่าน่ากลัวก็เพราะว่า ระบบการอ้างอิงในงานวิจัยมันเกิดมาก็หลังจากที่พวกฝรั่งที่ไม่เคยอ้างองค์ความรู้จากอารยธรรมดั้งเดิมก่อนหน้าเลย และเมื่อพวกฝรั่งได้เริ่มก่อร่างองค์ความรู้ ว่าเป็นของตัวเองแล้ว คราวนี้ ก็สร้างระบบการอ้างอิงขึ้นมา ตรงนี้เองที่ระบบการครอบงำโดยองค์ความรู้อย่างฝรั่ง ได้เริ่มแผ่กว้างคลุมทับองค์ความรู้ที่เหลือของวัฒนธรรมอื่นๆ คำถามคือ ในเมื่อการวิจัยได้พยามค้นคว้าหาองค์ความรู้ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงยุคหลังสมัยใหม่นี้ (นี่ก็เป็นวิธีแบ่งกระบวนทัศน์แบบฝรั่งเช่นกัน)ซึ่งได้พยายามเอา บริบทเข้ามาทำความเข้าใจองค์ความรู้นั้นๆ ถึงเวลาหรือยังที่เราจะพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ให้เป็นของเรา ปักฐานตรงที่ความรู้ของเราได้แตกหน่อแล้วอ้างอิงอย่างเป็นระบบ แต่ก็นั่นแหละ หากว่าเสรีภาพในการตั้งคำถามและหาคำตอบ ยังเป็นแบบที่เราๆ ท่านๆเห็นอยู่แบบนี้ ก็สมควรแล้ว ที่จะต้องอม(หมาก)ฝรั่งกันต่อไป เพื่อความปลอดภัยของตัวและเจ็ดชั่วโคตรของเราไง

It is always nice to find opportunity to open eyes to the world. Recently Norn delivered his work at a conference in Rotterdam. Then we managed to navigate around other part of Europe from 1^st to 15^th October 2009. There, we looked a bit more like Thai immigrant in Europe. People here are not so different from the place where we are living, Newcastle, England. But the most notable impression here is about the way they travel in the city. Most of public transport here relies on mass transport and bicycle.

Krung thep or Bangkok is a small city in term of her size, but she is one of the large city in term of chaos, crowded, and vibrant atmosphere.

You probably survive if you have masculine energy, able to walk for long distance, stand for some hours or even be patient enough to sit is a car for hours. However, it will be almost impossible for one who doesn’t have all those elements, or you are disabled by Krungthep, the Krung of s-tep!

Nothing to declare

Yes, this title sounds like a TV programme, but there’s nothing about the content. Recently I received some comments about the message I’ve sent around to people I’ve known. It might be hurtful for someone in the way that I touch; or you can say ‘I was doing some intrusive manners upon them’. Though I’m not really leftist, the circumstance around me push me at the edge. What will you do when you see someone took and still take advantage from the others and justified oneself as the RIGHTS? As a human, something need to be done.
Ther is no fair game to play in my country, currently. What can I do is just to keep going with what I believe that ‘one little change, start with yourself and change for good’.
The end of the day, we have to accept that no one can live forever, if we, as Thais, still dependently think that our lives rely on the ONE, the question run to mind is, when should we be free?

Collective work

Recently, I experienced the way humankind manage how to work together. An interesting thing which occured among different culture was that there were many hidden agendas behind.

It may be simplified as the personal matter, however, I think it is a kind of politic and power. One person who set one’s aim at high but regardless on the fact of human issue. People want to prove oneself to their community. In my view, when you do too much dedication or contribution, someone may see it differently! in particularly for whom who has some hidden agenda behind.

What is right what is wrong?? no certain answer. When you are working, are you place the product or process at the top. In many cases it is worse because people put the self at the top. Then the personal issue comes in, although the actor may refuse that.

I learnt a lot from this experience. and I strongly agree why human community needs structure and agency! as humankind has millions and millions reasons to do one thing and not to do the same things. Structure is not necessary to be strict it should be flexible, but at least humankind needs it.
